Q: How do the pockets go on?
A: The pockets attach with magnetic self locking snaps. The snaps are removed by sliding them towards the center of the pocket.
Q: Can you rip the pockets off the back of the bag?
A: Each snap is rated to hold 77 lbs / 35 kg. The pockets are designed to stay on and be secure as any standard backpack. They are designed with both convenience and security in mind. Future pocket designs may offer more advanced security features.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we currently ship to US, Canada, Europe!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accepted unused bags in original packaging from up to 2 weeks of receiving the bag.
Q: Do you need pockets to use the bag?
A: Not all all. Each base pack is a feature rich, fully functional bag. Plenty of internal pockets and the ability to expand means you can go solo without a problem.
Q: Will it fit my laptop
A: Of course. The Base Pack 24 fits any 15" laptop and the new mac 16" laptop. The Bas Pack 15 is perfect for 13" laptops and tablets.
Q: Where is the bag manufactured?
A: Bloqbag is globally sourced, headquartered at 491 Mayhew Ct. South Orange NJ, and locally manufactured in Newark, NJ
Q: Will you be offering more sizes and colors.
A: That is our intent. To launch new features and colors in small batches and then take the top sellers to add to the permanent collection.
